Keep every cart inside the lines.

Quiet, intelligent geofencing for the world's most beautiful properties. GeoFenceIt gently warns a driver nearing the edge — and stops the cart at the line.

The GeoFenceIt promise

Your boundaries, respected — without a single guard at the gate.

A small, discreet unit on every cart knows exactly where it may go. It speaks up before a driver strays, and calmly brings the cart to a stop at the edge. Your team sees it all, live, from anywhere.

The experience

Draw it once.
The cart takes care of the rest.

Outline where carts may roam — and the places they never should — directly on a satellite view of your property. Stand a cart on a corner to place it exactly.

Warn

As a cart nears the edge, a soft chime grows quicker — like a car's parking sensor. The faster it's moving, the sooner it begins, so every driver has time to turn back gracefully.

Stop

At the boundary — or just before it when the cart is moving quickly — it calmly comes to a halt. Your team is notified instantly and can welcome it back inside with a single tap.

See it work

It thinks ahead,
five times a second.

Every cart watches its own speed and heading against your boundaries. Here, a cart heading for the edge is warned, then brought to a stop just before the line.

  • Works even without a signal — every decision happens on the cart
  • Allowed areas and no-go zones, combined as you like
  • A live map of every cart for your team

A cart can't stop on the spot, so GeoFenceIt looks ahead. Slide the speed and see where the chime begins and where the cart comes to rest.

Thoughtfully complete

Everything your team needs.
Nothing your guests notice.

Decides on the cart

No signal? No problem. Every decision is made on board, so your boundaries hold everywhere.

Allowed & no-go zones

Keep carts within the grounds and away from lakes, terraces, greens or the public road.

Live map

Every cart, in real time, from any browser — where it is, and whether it's free to drive.

Instant alerts

Know the moment a cart leaves, enters a no-go zone, or is stopped — with the time and place.

Your team in control

Pause or release any cart remotely, or grant a minute's access back in — it closes once the cart is home.

Private & secure

Each cart has its own key and every connection is encrypted. Only your staff can see your fleet.

Questions

Asked & answered.

What happens if a cart loses its internet connection?

Nothing changes — each cart keeps its boundaries on board and decides on its own. Your team's view simply catches up once the connection returns.

And if it loses GPS, under trees for example?

The cart stays drivable. It only ever stops on a clear reading that shows it outside, so a weak signal never strands a guest.

How close to the boundary does it stop?

A gently moving cart stops at the boundary itself. A faster one is stopped a little earlier, so it comes to rest at the line rather than past it.

Can staff let a cart back in?

Yes — one tap grants a minute's access so the driver can return. It closes as soon as the cart is back inside.

Which carts does it work with, and what's installed?

Electric carts whose drive power can be switched. Each gets a discreet unit with GPS, a 4G connection, a soft chime and the stop mechanism. We review every model before installation.
